- The voucher will only be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- At the time of booking, guests are required to inform us that they have the voucher, which must be presented at check-in.
- The voucher can be used every day of the week, excluding holidays, within 12 months from the date of purchase, based on availability.
- If the cancellation of the booking is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date or if the guest does not show up, the voucher will be considered as already used.
- The gift card is not replaced in case of loss and is non-refundable.
- During the purchase you can enter a text message, a dedication, which we will gladly put on the gift card.
