The Peutache room is a mini suite on the first floor with two large and bright windows overlooking the square of Morgex.
Characterized by an antique larch beam ceiling, fascinating headboard obtained from a 17th century Aosta walnut cupboard and heated floor in Cogne stone, Peutache is enriched by a double jacuzzi that recalls the rainwater collection tank and stream of the homonymous vine.
Water was used to prepare the “Bordeaux mixture”, a mixture of copper and lime that, together with sulfur, served to treat and naturally protect the vines. A biodynamic system that we still use in our vineyards, an ancient routine that is also told by the photos hanging on the room’s walls.
