La Granclou is a deluxe double room where the ancient art of winemaking marries that of breeding and agriculture, our territory’s main livelihood sources.
Located on the first floor and equipped with a lovely balcony, this room tells us about the techniques of fodder production for feeding livestock and its transport with the use of the “ballon”, a sort of cage composed of wooden sticks fixed together with ropes.
With these ancient “ballons” owned by our family, we have created the head of the bed of this room, which offers a poetic and quiet atmosphere and is enriched by a heated floor in ancient Cogne stone, and furniture of original Valle d’Aosta craftsmanship
