‘Enfant du Pays’, I grew up in the mountains of the Aosta Valley, among forests, meadows and crystal-clear waters.
My cuisine is inspired by my roots, my childhood, respect for the seasons, and in my dishes I use alpine herbs and vegetables from our synergistic garden in combination with delicious products from local farmers and breeders, adapting to their production times.
I believe in the values of hospitality and sharing that are fully realised in our family restaurant, where every guest is a friend with whom to enjoy a delicate dish, exchange a sincere smile, and live a special experience.
