Has it ever happened to you, when entering in a restaurant, to feel transported in the past?
At Café Quinson in Morgex this feeling is strong and very pleasant. One feels out of time ... The period of construction of the building dates back to 1600 and traces are still clearly visible in the stone vaults of the beautiful cellar and in the wooden cladding of the walls and ceilings. In the early 1900s, Costance and Thomas Quinson, great-uncles of the current owners, after years of working in restaurants in Paris and in the south of France, returned to their native Valley, bought the premises of Place Prince Thomas and renew them.
